Anthony Rella is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Integrative Health Associates of New Jersey (IHNJ). With a deep passion for holistic and regenerative medicine, Anthony is dedicated to uncovering the root causes of health concerns and empowering the body’s natural ability to heal.



Anthony Rella’s journey into healthcare was deeply personal, inspired by countless days and nights spent alongside his father, who battled various health complications. As the first in his family to attend college, Anthony learned to navigate higher education independently, starting at his local community college before transferring to Stockton University and ultimately earning his degree at Columbia University.
Through early experiences shadowing medical providers and working as an EMT, he discovered a passion for nursing’s holistic, patient-centered approach. His career began in intensive care and trauma, where he served as both an RN and later as an NP in Level 1 and Level 2 trauma centers. These years immersed in acute care strengthened his skills and offered him a deep understanding of the full spectrum of health.
Anthony’s true passion lies in Integrative Health, blending traditional and preventative medicine to support overall wellness. His intensive care background gives him a unique perspective in honoring prevention, resilience, and whole-person healing.
